Tuesday’s Each Way Double Tip

The Each Way Double was turning into somewhat of a frustrating bet for us the past while. So many times we were landing the place double, hitting the woodwork over and over again. We never give in though and we liked the look of our two selections for the Double on Tuesday. The first leg of the bet was KING OF SPIN who was partnered by Martin Dwyer for William Muir, running in the 5pm at Ffos Las. Martin stayed on his own up the centre of the track probably looking for better ground and it worked to good effect as he went on to score by 3/4’s of a length at a lovely 8/1. We felt very confident that the second leg of the double would run a huge race as We’ll Shake Hands was smashed into favouritism from the advised 11/2 in the morning. Karl Burke loves a gamble so we knew we were on a good one. The horse travelled smoothly and took it up turning for home. It was a slow enough finish but he did enough to win by a convincing margin and BOOOM the Double was LANDED!

Tuesday’s Win Accumulator Tip

The Win Acca landing is becoming a regular occurrence now and we smashed in our 7th Daily Tips Acca since the start of June today. The first leg was the Roger Charlton trained MATHS PRIZE who ran an eye-catching second on debut. With the form the yard is in at present, he was banker material to go one better. George Baker gave the horse a terrific ride, sitting patiently and striking down the outside to win a touch cosily at 5/4, The second leg of the double was MAAKAASIB who ran in the Chelmsford 6.20 and we were a bit worried when we saw the horse drift from 8/11 out to 11/10 before the off. Robert Havlin gave the Simon Crisford inmate a very positive ride though and he had the race wrapped up two furlongs out, a very easy victory. The Acca rested on LADY MAKFI in the 8.50pm, a progressive filly for the Johnny Farrelly stable. Stevie Donohue was late arriving to the track but he just made it in time the lucky boy. From the word go, this horse travelled like a dream and she picked off the leaders turning for home. She grabbed the rail and scooted clear to win by 4 lengths and BOOOM, the Acca was landed to return £94.50!
