£253.56 Profit – February Tips Review

Having made almost £8,000 profit in 2016 and £1,867 profit in January, February was always going to have a lot to live up to. With the Cheltenham Festival on the horizon, February racing can often be a tough gig with a lack of quality, more so as the month continues. We, however were able to turn a profit once again on our free horse racing tips during the month so let’s break down those numbers.

Acca Tips +575.19

A phenomenal month for the Acca with FIVE winning tips from just the 28 days available. The highlight of the month was a massive £325 Acca winner on Sunday the 26th. The last leg also landing the NAP for excellent Newmarket trainer, Martin Smith. Other winners during the month were a £219 smashed in on Wednesday the 8th, a £151 winner on Saturday the 11th, a £150 scorer on the 16th before ending the month in perfect fashion with a £72.80 winner on the 28th. Previews +£222.22

An excellent month for the Preview Tips in February as we continue to track them separately to singles, another innovation requested by you the followers which we are only too happy to implement. With a runner by runner guide to a number of races each day, they give an insight into the thinking and work that goes into preparing all the tips. Put on the site the night before, our preview tips are increasingly popular and with 12/1, 9/1, 9/1, 8/1, 8/1 + more winners as well as huge places up to 33/1 landed in February, it’s not hard to see why.

NAP +£67

Bouncing back from a disappointing January, there were 12 NAP of the day winners during the month including at 11/4, 9/4, 9/4 X2 with our selections never being tipped up at anything shorter than 1/1! We produced a profit of £431.60 in 2016 on the daily best bet and will be looking to at least match that as we head through 2017.

Early Value Tip +£30.75

To steal a football parlance, February was a tale of two halves when it came to the Early Value Tip. On fire to begin the month, we were £292.75 in front on the tip once we got to the 12th. The rest of the month was a real head scratcher with some horses turning in efforts a long way below par but a profit for the month is always the key on these tips and this was achieved although not as much as we would have been hoping for.

The Lucky 15 had a poor February but #spoileralert we landed a monster £671 Lucky 15 on the 1st of March. As we try to explain on the Twitter feed, it’s all about long term profit. Tips will go through good and bad runs but as long as they are in overall profit that’s the main thing and with £1,470 profit since March 2016 (not including the 1st of March this year) that is what we have done. It’s a similar story on the Each Way Double, a poor month overall but a stunning recent record on the bet with a incredible £2,869 profit on the bet in the four months from October-January, the long term profit is miles in front despite the February blip.
